Returning
Welcome back! You and I have already had a great experience working together, and you would like to build your menu even more. If you would like to add new items but don’t necessarily want to be on a long-term schedule, this could be the package for you. Whether you would like a specific item for an upcoming event or you simply want to fill a space you have in the menu, this package is very flexible and might be exactly what you need.
Seasonal Dessert
If you love the idea of having a specialty item each season, this is just the package you need. I will design a seasonal dessert every quarter in addition to 3 holiday desserts. This package is a lot of fun and is great to keep your clientele engaged and excited to return. Think “Insta worthy” desserts!
Menu
This package is for those that are interested in revamping their menu entirely. We talk about your establishment’s goals, abilities, concerns, and aspirations. I will create a menu to fit perfectly into your world. The main goal with this package is to allow your menu to be self-sufficient. No longer will you need to buy pre-made product. I will give your staff the ability to thrive as you move your menu’s palette in this exciting new direction.
Seasonal menu
This package is probably the most rewarding and is certainly a lot of fun, but it is also the largest amount of work and commitment. We will switch out the entire menu quarterly— only keeping your base items— to reflect and complement the season’s delights. In addition to the seasonal menu, we will also have custom desserts for 6 holidays of your choosing throughout the year.
While this package is quite extensive, it also has a lot of benefits. This has huge marketing capabilities and will draw in both new and return customers all year long. Clientele will be thrilled to see all the seasonal flavors and variety a seasonal menu creates.
Class
Is there a certain technique you’ve really wanted to master? Is there a skill you wish you could improve upon? Whether it’s a technical class for your staff or a fun and interactive class for customers, I am available to teach a class at your location.
