starting package

This is the starting point for any new client.  A base line is needed for both yours’ and my benefit.  This package includes:

• an at-location (or virtual if distance is too far) consultation where I will get all the information I need to make a customized menu item (or items) for you.  In this meeting you will choose:

• 3 “Tier 1” items

• or 1 “Tier 2” item (Tier 4 is also an option if applicable)

• style of the product/any visuals preferred (matching a theme)

• preferred flavors

• any dietary restrictions

• selling price point of product

• custom designing an item for your business keeping in mind your suppliers, food cost, social media presence, equipment, skillset, time, and space

• communication on additional equipment/ingredients needed for product (silicone molds, pans, etc.)

• visiting your business to make the item on location and training staff in recipe execution

• custom recipes and techniques unique to your business

• troubleshooting any issues you may have in the future with the product
